Director

Diane brings over 25 years of experience in Catering and Facilities Management across multi-sector contracts. As an Owner Director of WLP Consultancy Services, she works closely with clients on tender management, contract monitoring, and Support Managed contracts, combining commercial expertise with strong relationships to deliver bespoke solutions for schools.

Sally Humphreys
Office Manager

Sally heads up the Oswestry office and is a key coordinator for our business, having an extensive background in catering and business management.

Clare Murray
Operations Manager

Clare is a highly experienced caterer with a wealth of knowledge gained from serving 9 years as a caterer in the RAF and 24 years as a Catering Manager in secondary schools. Clare enjoys working alongside and supporting the schools catering and cleaning teams, in sharing her experience to ensure expectations are met, together with quality and consistency of high standards, implemented, maintained or surpassed.

Anita Mynett
Operations Manager

Anita joined WLP as an additional support for the Inhouse contracts as well as supporting with compliance, auditing and training. Anita comes with a wealth of experience and knowledge gained from working with various contractors within the education sector.

Sue Perry
Associate Consultant and Procurement Specialist

Sue is seconded to our key contracts in the College sector, where she manages and advises on their procurement requirements. Sue’s project management skills and knowledge of multiple procurement processes enables us to support our clients across many aspects of their business.

Fiona Foster
Associate Consultant 

Fiona is an experienced operator within Independent Schools and University support services working at a senior level directly operating accommodation, catering, cleaning and leisure services. She is seconded to our key contracts in the Devon, Cornwall and Sussex areas.

Lauren Price
Finance Administrator

Lauren works at our Head Office in Oswestry. Lauren joins us from an experienced finance background and is responsible for the day to day management of all matters financial along with supporting the work of the Head Office.

David Penlington
Associate Consultant

David has a wealth of experience in the contract catering sector in both senior operations and business development roles. He has worked for multi-national plc’s, independents and also co-founded a successful contract catering company.  His expertise brings support to the WLP team in identifying client needs, managing tender processes, assessing responses and monitoring performance post contract award.

Sarah Wass
Associate Consultant

Sarah has extensive experience of senior roles within operations in many industries including catering operations for healthcare, education and B+I plus retail operations. She brings to WLP analytical skills to assist with the management of tenders and contracts awarded. She enjoys strong relationships with clients and contractors and works collaboratively to ensure success.
